Sheer Multi-Pocketed Long-Length Black Blouse from Express ~ Circa 1996

This beautiful relic has been hanging in my closets since high school, and yet I have yet to find the right occasion. So somebody else really should have it! I planned to wear it over tank tops or tank style dresses, but it just has never happened. It may be vintage at this point...27 years? It is sheer, but has escaped getting snagged or a run as far as I know.
