Sheer Ivory dress with black polka dots

Sleeveless sheer Ivory ( or cream/ off white)dress with ruffles, black polka dots, black tie/ ribbon bow. The ribbon holes are not in back of dress, just three slots in front. Dress is a bit longer in back, and does not come with a slip or something underneath. Questions , and offers welcome😀please see photos!
