Sheer Button Up Cape

EUC sheer button crop cape in black/cream. (In the photos I do have a cami underneath so the white from the dummy wouldn’t wash the cape out, see last pic without cami) As illustrated in the photos you can see the flare wing like arms that are capped by a loose fitting elastic band & I think that gives this piece a really unique look & feel.
