Sheer Button Down Blouse with Appliqué

This blouse is fabulous! It is sheer black and has a darling flower appliqué on the left chest area. The long sleeves have buttons at the cuffs. There is no size tag but this appears to be a small, possibly extra small. The fabric does have stretch.
