Sheer Blue Cropped Blouse

One of my absolute favorite pieces. I feel it's time for it to move on and want it to go to a good home. The buttons have a lovely detail and the polka dots are subtle, but adorable. Fabric is sheer. It is cropped, but not too high imo. To be honest, If this doesn't sell, I'll be ok with it. 100% Polyester
