Sheer Black Top/Mini Dress with Ruffle Detail

Sheer black top (which I wore as a dress 🤫💃🏼) with a discreet line pattern and a front ruffle detail. Buttons down the front center and on the wrist and a tie to cinch around your waist. It comes with a silky tank top (or slip 😉) underneath. Purchased from Forever 21 10+ years ago and worn once. In great condition. Size small and very short if worn as a dress— recommended for someone 5’4” and shorter.
