Sheer Black Dressy Blouse size Medium

Sassy sheer blouse. 3/4 sleeves with roll up option. Worn a few times. Has a "crinkle" look. Intended. Or it can. E steamed out. Good looking top. I'm on a wardrobe purge and I don't wear it often enough to keep.
