Sheer Black 90’s vintage Jessica Howard Dress

This is a Jessica Howard dress in petite sizing. It fits small-medium. I’m 5’2 and the dress falls to around my mid thigh. ***THE WHOLE DRESS IS SEE THROUGH**** but that makes this dress incredibly versatile thanks to it being see through. It’s a comfortable mesh material. Perfect for layering in any season (especially fall). Or can be used as a swim suit cover up. Lightly worn. It’s not form fitting but boxier. It’s not stretchy material.
