Sheath Dress

Sheath dress. The brand tag is missing. The dress is lined and looks like it can be turned inside out and worn. The inside is solid black. The outside is black and white with a green multi-colored band around the hem that is green, teal, and black. The back closure has a button and elastic. The size tag is also missing but it is an XL. I believe this was a New Directions dress.
