She + Sky Boutique Brand Pleather Flare Skirt

Cute She + Sky Boutique Brand pleather a-line skirt, size large. This is new w/o tags. The waist measures 16” across lying flat and the length of the skirt from waist band to bottom is 17”. Zipper in back and this has a fun flare to it. Originally purchased from a boutique in Dallas by me.
