Shawl/Cape with buckle closure NWT

Is this a cape? Shawl? I'm not sure exactly what it is called... other than beautiful and warm. I bought this gorgeous cape for use this Fall and never got around to using it. Husband is pressing for a closet clean out, so I am massively downsizing. This shawl has a gorgeous red and black print and a leather strap closure. This is pretty heavy and would be perfect for a chilly day or evening. New with Tags. Size L/XL
