This is a sharper image heated wearable blanket. Maroon and color. Has sleeves and also has a pouch to warm your hands. 100% polyester. It is electric. Machine wash cold. The picture of the little sharper image icon is what you click to turn it on and off. Will come with the instructions in the original bag I just lived in a hot state that I don’t use it.
