imfinethankyou3 Hello! These are not new, the listing would state NWT OR NWOT. They are as pictured, they have been cleaned and ready for purchase. I am only selling them because I downsized to a condo and do not need two units. I purchased one unit for $999.99 to replace these two. I purchased these units new, they work great, have various suction powers. The best feature with these is you don’t need bags, self emptying units when full and resume cleaning. They are powerful units.

imfinethankyou3 @nikota22 How used it looks? I’m not sure what you mean. The vacuums are in good working condition. They were originally 699.00 when I purchased them in 2021, I believe they retail for $300+ in 2023. I’ll post photos over the weekend. I cleaned them and put them in my storage unit.
