Shantung silk vintage suit with belt

"That Devonbrook Look" suit from Kaufmann's Department Store in Pittsburgh. Tan silk shantung fabric with peach colored lining. No size label please see measurements. Skirt side seam has 9" split not sure if it can be repaired. Otherwise good vintage condition with imperfections expected due to age.
