Shampoodle Thunder Cat Sweatshirt Hoodie Blue Yellow 3 to 4 year organic cotton

Brand: Shampoodle Size: 3-4 years. In my opinion this fits much smaller...its a cropped style but overall it just seems smaller than a 3 year. I think it would comfortably fit a 1 year, maybe 2 year. See measurements to ensure fit please. Smoke pet free. There is a small black ink mark on the yellow thunder face - see close up photo. I tried washing out to no avail.
