Shalimar Beaded Black Silk Dress

So the makers tag is still here with the replacement beads but no price tag. It is SHEER! Like your unmentionables will be mentioned! That said that why black unders exist! It does have loose threads and a few broken beads. But you’d really have to look. I’d guess it’s vintage but like 90s not before.
