Shakuhachi Black mini tassel fringe dress

Sz 8 (Au) - Sz 4 US Perfect festival/party dress slightly off shoulder fit, short & fitted. Worn once - great condition. Shakuhachi (Australian label), purchased in Bali... loved this little party dress but never found the right occasion to rewear it. 1 tiny hole near label (back). Awesome fringe detailing on the sleeves & down the sides of the dress.
