Shades of blue maxi skirt, flat elastic waistband

This is a medium weight maxi skirt that is slightly longer in the back than front. Super cute design with the flat waistband so it hangs really nicely, as you can see on the manni. Great shape, only worn once or twice at most. Measures approximately 13 at the waist unstretched and does stretch to about 19. Length is about 34 down center of front and 40 in back. Can also fit a small, just check the measurements.
