Shabby chic tunic tank

This light tank top is tunic length, and has cute distressed detailing on the collar and a polka dot ruffle on the bottom. A little sheer but perfect with nude bra. There are tiny belt loops on the side seams at the waist, but I no longer have the belt. Price reflects this. Only worn a few times! Fits S/M. Bought at a little boutique.
