New with tags. They run big in my opinion. You have to be a true size 36 or between 36-38. Otherwise, they feel super comfortable and breezy. Please see the matching top in my other listing as shown in the photo. Look at the measurement, if too long- they can be easily hemmed. Need to be pressed.
