Size 34. As pictured, the little clasp at the top of the waist fell off at some point. It's a very easy fix. It's a very beautiful skirt, but I just don't wear it much.

katiekentucky @mschooping Hi! Laid flat across the very top of the skirt it is approximately 12 inches. I smoothed out the waistband with both hands and was able to get measurement closer to 12.5.
