Sexy vintage black pencil skirt with pinstripes and ruffles women's 16P! This skirt is everything, I so wish that it fit me :( It is a gorgeous black skirt with tiny white pinstripes and a cute bow detail. It has a zip closure in the back and little to no stretch to it. It is labeled a women's size 16 petite and seems to be true to size! This skirt is also preowned but it's in excellent condition with no noticed flaws!
