Sexy silky blue dress with ruched back and tied side

Love this dress!! Only passing it on because I have too many clothes. It’s so comfortable and will give you a ton of compliments. Figure fitting but also has that ruched effect so it doesn’t show EVERYTHING. Straps are adjustable. There is a tied on the side. Because of the silky material, there IS some pilling in the chest and the back, but you cannot notice when it’s on!! However I did reflect that in the price
