Empire bodice with rhinestone broach, and exquisite draping around the high waist. Lightly padded bust. Zip back. Fully lined. Made from 100% nylon. Measures 62.5" in total length. rainy_sundrops @singercat36 Hi there! The brand is Wow! Prom & Pageant. And the measurements, which I just took by hand with the gown lying flat, are 60” underarm to underarm, 58” in the bust, 47” on the empire waist, 52” on the natural waist, and 64” on the hips.
