This absolutely stunning TWO piece dress set skirt and shirt is gorgeous on. My daughter wore it to junior prom so it has only been worn one time. We paired it with elbow length black satin gloves and “diamond” bracelet - it was absolutely a show stopper! The top is cropped falling just under the bustline. It has hook and eye closure at the neck with a zipper close up the back. Measurements when pulled tight are: Pit to Pit: 20 inches Just under Bust : 16 3/4 inches Put to hem : 6 inches The skirt piece also has a hook and eye close at the waist with a zipper.
