Sexy Rave Buckled Open-Sleeve Red Top!

Sexy and super unique top! Working red buckles at the shoulders, wide boat-neck collar, and open sleeves held together with a single working buckle. Top has one small black mark on front on the left side. Material is a poly/spandex blend, and buckles are pleather and brass. Really cute! Top drapes well. Used to wear for nights out in Manhattan but I'm too old for this now! =P
