@kimsellsva sure! the dress is very stretchy but in it’s unstretched stat the waste is about 26”. It is not backless but you can see it kind of looks like it from the front. The material does cover all the way around up to under the arms. Right there is about 36”. But like I said I has a lot of give to it. In the front the pads are built in so you don’t have to wear a bra, you won’t be able to tell if it’s cold 😉 let’s say if not wearing one. I bought it from Nordstrom
