rachelaaron @martaburke they're low rise I'll try to figure out flare. Honestly they're normal boot cut though like perfect happy medium between flare and skinny! They look great with any of my flip flops, wedges, heels, booties, and are small enough flare to fold over and wear inside of boots during winter comfortably.
