thriftpoppy @cmcghee015 Hi! This brand has their own website, and I know they sell at Nordstrom Rack sometimes (mainly jeans though). We bought these specific boots through a liquidation. My sister has a similar pair and said they run a little small if you have a wider foot and to size up. I felt inside these and they do have an arch. The bottom sole is not flexible at all. I hope that helps some!! I hate to say this, but if you are on your feet for a long time...I do not know how comfortable they would be!
