Set of Vintage Black Bakelite Mourning Bangle Bracelets with Cameo Accents

Set of Simichrome Tested Vintage Black Bakelite Mourning Bangle Bracelets with Cameo Accents Both bracelets have been simichrome tested and tested using the hot water method and both were positive for Bakelite. Both octagonal bangles are 2 5/8” in diameter. The bangle featuring the two cameo accents is 7/16” wide. (I believe the cameos are made from celluloid but I have not been able to verify this.) The bangle without the cameos is 1/4” wide. I have searched endlessly to find another Bakelite bracelet like this one (featuring the cameos) and in all my research I have yet to find another one like it. It truly seems to be a one of a kind piece.
