Set of 8 sterling silver .925 button covers with 3 rare cowboy hats western

Rare estate sale find, purchased together as a “set” but do not completely match. See pics. We were told these went with the owners western Scully button down shirt and were found in a small box. There is writing on the hats but it’s difficult to read. If you can tell me anything about the hats I’d greatly appreciate it!
