suzipolklittle @jedika365 Hello! I will check to see if there is a seal or something on the bottle inside. But I can tell you that I know these were never used. They were puchased by a family member of mine who never got the chance to use them before passing on. I'll post again tomorrow- once I check the packaging out. Thanks for this excellent question. 🙂
