Set of 7 Burleigh Davenport Jumbo Teacups Staffordshire Strawberry & Grape Leaf

This set of 7 jumbo teacups from discontinued Burleigh Davenport line is beautiful and a rare find! Strawberry & grape leaves embossed design with glossy glaze. Oversized teacups are approximately: 3.25" tall 4.5" diameter at top 2" diameter at base The Davenport line was originally made by Burleigh (1794-1887) in Staffordshire, England. This reproduction line is no longer produced. Davenport is a pattern name used by Burleigh Pottery, specifically for their off-white, embossed tableware featuring strawberry and grape leaf designs. The backstamp on these items reads "As originally produced by Davenport 1794-1887 Burleigh Staffordshire England". Burleigh Pottery is based in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, England, and has been handcrafting pottery since 1851 Cups are all in excellent condition with no chips or cracks and have been well cared-for. The one exception is that one of the cups has some superficial cracks in the glaze in the interior - see last photo
