Set of 4 vintage Danish bisque porcelain Plaques from Royal Copenhagen

Dimensions: ⅜”W x 5-½”Diameter This set of four plaques are made of bisque porcelain by the Danish company, Royal Copenhagen. Stamped with Eneret on the back and has the distinct three blue waves and Royal Copenhagen backstamp. The neo-Classical, low relief designs depict the four seasons of life, modeled after the works of Bertel Thorvaldsen. The scenes show the couple moving through life with a baby, through adulthood, and into old age. Each plaque is fixed with a machine made hole to enable wall hanging. Circa 1900.
