Set of 4 : silver EP on stainless steel ashtrays/coaster

4.5” diameter electro-plated silver/steel ashtrays. There is a hallmark but I cannot find the maker. 2 stamped made in Italy and two stamped china. My theory is they were made in one country and sent off to be plated in another (don’t fact check that haha) just a theory.
