Liberty Blue printed on Staffordshire Ironstone with the Independence Hall image, made in England. They measure 9 7/8 in diameter. I also have many other pieces in my closet…more dinner plates, rimmed soup bowls, cereal/soup bowls, berry bowls, saucers, a platter and bread/dessert plates.
