I think these are meant to be a more snug fit, because they're stretchy material, but I can't tell how it would fit your girl.. mine didn't get to wear them because I bought them before the summer season, and then we just forgot we owned them... and now she's 11, lol. I can separate out the red/white/blue ones if you'd like.
