New never been used. Received as a gift but can’t use it because I don’t have a led light (you need it for the gel to solidify). I checked all the gels are fluid and fresh. Includes 17 bottles & 6 cases of glitters and powder. I think one gel requires magnet to create patterns. I cannot bundle this set with anything else because this set is very very heavy (5lbs) I will pack it well.
