Set of 2! Vintage Framed Artist Signed Paintings!

A pair of framed watercolor paintings both signed by same artist. The frames are silver and I polished them to look new! A boat/harbor scene in both, one is title “heading out” and the other “misty cove.” They are in great condition and still have their wire hanging piece on back (see photos) no cracks in glass either! They were professionally framed at Cabrillo Art Center in San Diego, CA. Would look great in a gallery wall!😍
