Richard Simmons Deal-A-Meal Golden Edition Cookbook. Spiral bound plastic coated pages. Explains the Deal-A-Meal plan. This set of books does NOT include the Deal-A-Meal cards set. This is only for 2 cookbooks related to the plan. The second book is a Hardcover Richard Simmons Farewell To Fat Cookbook. This book is in like new condition. It has been used so the binding is loose but otherwise in great condition. The spiral bound book has one page that got a little wet and it wrinkled a bit. I tried to take a picture of it but it is hard to see. Otherwise this book is also in great condition. These books are considered vintage and are actually worth more now than they were in the late 1990s.
