Set Of Two Vintage Wedgwood Sage Green Jasperware Ashtray.

Fine-grained, unglazed sage green stoneware with white decorations, in bas-relief applied and in the Neoclassical style, applied to the body of the piece around the rim and in the center. The First One the center is adorned with two god and goddess from Greek mythology looking toward Cherub/Angel. The rim has a grape and grave leaves design, the second one is decorated with a horse drawn chariot and grape vines encircling the edge. Back Mark indicates this piece of Wedgwood was made between 1908 and 1969. Back embossed: Wedgwood, Made in England, PF The approximate measurements are: 4 ½" in diameter by 5/8" tall. Excellent condition with no chips, cracks, hairlines.
