They are clear glass accented with a gold bird and leaf motif. There is also gold accent along the top and bottom. Coordinating gold rim are also on the saucers. Printed on one side reads "hos geldiniz" which means welcome in Turkinsh. Cups are about 3.25" tall. The set is in nice condition. There are no chips. General wear on the gold accent can be seen in some of the cups with 1 having more than the rest. The saucers have less wear. Overall, a great looking set.
