This is a super RARE vintage blue flames black fishnet top by SERIOUS. I purchased this back in 1994 at The Electric Chair in Huntington Beach. This is a one of a kind as it is hand painted in the sic blue flame 💙 🔥 😎. This is a size small but is very stretchy. The sleeves are extra long.
