smorelli126 @loriann143 hello :) I will be going to Verizon to reset the watch to factory settings. I prefer to go to Verizon to do it to ensure it resets properly prior to sending the device. I have done this with all of the devices I have sold, it’s more a precautionary measure for myself and the buyer as well.
