Sequined 20s flapper dress with fringe

Perfect for a Halloween costume as a flapper or a 20s party. White fringe was sewn into the dress by me and can always be removed with a seam ripper if you prefer. The white fringe on the upper back can be easily removed as it is only attached with little buttons. Some sequins are damaged/bent, specifically near the butt area from sitting but the dress has so much texture you can barely tell.
