Sequin short sleeve top, black & gold

Black and gold sequin top. Hem and sleeves have scalloped hem. Top measures 24 inches from back of neckline to hem. Sleeves measure 11.5 to 12 inches from shoulder. Scoop neckline. Measurement across top from armpit to armpit is 26 inches. There are attached soft shoulder pads. No stains. No missing sequins. There is also a matching skirt but the elastic waist needs replaced so I will include the skirt at no charge. Skirt length is approximately 30 inches.
