Sequin cutout Minidress or romper

I'm not sure how to qualify this dress as that looks like a dress but there are attached short shorts underneath. And it is short and they are needed. there is a silver metallic color and some mesh sleeves. The verystretchy fabric of the dress is sequent with silver. I have a feeling this may have begun as a dance costume but it is pretty darn cool. the food rock at a festival for the nightclub you do you in excellent condition
