Sequin and Tulle Dress

The top of this dress is small black sequins and the white part is lace (not see through). Bottom is black tulle. I wore this to a Derby party with a fascinator :) It’s in great condition with the exception of a bit of spray tan or self tanner I got on the inside of the top, but you can’t see it when it’s on.
