gorgegir1 @dance270s yes, they a both from vs. new with tags. The material is very stretchy, so depending on how you like joggers to fit they can either be flowy with a bigger size or more fitted with a smaller one. I ordered a M and L because I wasn't sure which would fit better on me and, turns out, I think I would prefer a small. Of course they sold out immediately. Let me know if you have more questions!
