Sequin Hearts brand dress

Sequin Hearts brand. Button on back of upper black part. Zipper on back. It was purchased brand new at a department store clearance center. Had noticeable pilling on pink chest area and under one armpit when purchased. I have never tried to remove them because I didn’t end up wearing the dress. No stains.
